When you refer a friend, they will receive a link to purchase, with £5 off automatically applied to their first order. Once they've made their purchase, we'll add £5 in credit to your account, ready to put towards your next order.

Find your unique link – it's shown in your account, or you can request it via email above. Copy and paste it, and share with your friends and family (via email, text, whatsapp, Facebook messenger etc.) They can use the link to make their first purchase, and their discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

No, there is no limit to the number of people you can refer. You can refer as many friends as you like, and you'll get £5 credit for every new customer who makes a purchase of £20 or more.

All referrals must be genuine and made in good faith – sharing or publishing your unique referral link publicly online is not permitted. We may remove credits if we believe referrals were obtained fraudulently.

When your friend clicks on your unique referral link, we'll ask for their name and email address. This is so we can check they have not purchased from us before, as only new customers are eligible for the referral discount. Once we've confirmed their eligibility, their discount code will be generated and automatically applied to their first order at checkout.

Referral discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, promo codes, or offers, with the exception of our 10% off subscribe and save discount on subscription orders. Orders are also still eligible for free delivery if they meet the free delivery threshold.

No, our referral discounts and rewards are only valid for referrals of new customers.

You'll receive an email once your friend completes their first order using your referral link.

If you have a subscription with us, your credit will be automatically applied to your next order.

If you do not have a subscription, you can use your credit at checkout on your next order. You will need to log into your account with your email address and password at checkout to view and apply your credit balance. If you've not yet activated your account or set your password, you can do that here.

There is no limit to the amount of credit you can have in your account, or use on an order. If you have a subscription, your full credit balance will automatically be applied to your next order.
