I like it. And it’s proved to be longer lasting. It’s got a smooth but firmer texture , a single ply, I use less paper now and treat it more sparingly. So well worth the changeover and knowing it’s better for the environment and my intimate health is a bonus.

Love it! There's no unnecessary paper packaging, and the rolls come in a cardboard box with no plastic, which is great. A box of 24 rolls last me a long time, and the paper is nice and soft.
The new embossed version is a nice change, gives the roles a bit more personality (if that’s possible).
Also reps the brand really well and gives guests a clearer idea of what they’re using.
Had trouble with a previous order but that was swift resolved by the help centre and advisors, this delivery no issues so far. So very happy
Both unbleached toilet roll and kitchen towel are excellent, such a releif to know no chemicals and most importantly NO PERFUME, and do not disintegrate. Most toilet roll, along with chemicals, are loaded with toxic perfumes. Will not be going back to those items.

As a sensitive skin household, I love how soft the bamboo toilet paper is! I also actually prefer the nude colour of the paper over bleached white rolls.
Paper is thick so I find I actually use less than the cheaper quality products.
Also I find it super easy to go online and amend/move my order around!
The bamboo toilet paper is softer than the recycled cardboard version, so, despite knowing that the bamboo is not quite as sustainable as the recycled cardboard version, we have decided to opt for that and are very happy with it. Naked Paper is making it easier for me to be ethical and one can't improve on the Ethical Consumer magazine's voting Naked Paper the most ethical toilet paper in the UK.
I bought your recycled loo roll ages ago, and discontinued it as it was so thin that I had to use 3x the amount of sheets compared with the loo roll I used to buy.
