On 1st July, we’re changing the price of a small number of products. You can see a full breakdown of what’s changing in the table below. Most prices are staying the same, and there are still lots of ways to save.
We’ve only changed prices where absolutely necessary. All other toilet paper packs will stay the same.
In the five years since launching, we’ve never changed our prices - and we're not doing it lightly now.
We’re reducing the price of several recycled products. They cost less to produce than bamboo, and as we’ve scaled up, collection and transport have become more efficient too.
At the same time, the cost of producing our bamboo products has continued to rise. From raw materials to fair wages and sustainable logistics - so a few of our bamboo products are increasing slightly.
Even with these changes, we’ll remain one of the most affordable eco options out there – and the updates will help keep Naked Paper sustainable, both environmentally and as a business.

Yes. If you’re subscribed to a product that’s changing in price, your subscription will automatically update to the new price on Tuesday 1st July. Your delivery schedule and next order date will stay exactly the same. Any subscription orders processed during June will still be charged at the old price.
On 1st July, your subscription will automatically switch to the closest available option. For example, if you’re subscribed to our 36-pack of tissues, it’ll be replaced with 3 x 12-packs, and your subscription total will update to £53.97 (3 x £17.99).

Yes, you’re welcome to switch to a different pack size or to our recycled toilet paper at any time. Our recycled kitchen roll and tissues haven’t launched just yet (they’ll follow shortly after the price update), but we’ll email you as soon as they’re available so you can update your subscription then if you’d like.
We don’t intend to raise our prices again in the foreseeable future. We aim to always offer you the fairest price we can, and a lot of thought has gone into this price and product update to ensure our business stays sustainable while continuing to deliver quality and value.
