Delivery

Great news! Delivery to UK addresses is FREE on orders over £18! For orders under £18, a delivery charge of £3.95 will be applied.

Delivery Timeframes

• Orders placed before 10 PM are usually delivered next working day.
• We use DPD’s next-day service for mainland UK.
• For Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, we use DPD’s two-day service.

All orders are packed in recyclable, plastic-free materials, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.

Returns

We hope you love our sustainable tissue products, but if you’re not happy for any reason, please let us know. You can reach us at hello@nakedpaper.com or through our contact page, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened tissue products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to be posted).
3. Contact your bank (processing times can vary).
4. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@nakedpaper.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at hello@nakedpaper.com and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
• If your item is faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
• If you are returning an item valued over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
