Delivery

Free UK delivery on orders over £20. Orders under £20 have a £4.50 delivery charge.

How long will it take?

Mainland UK: orders placed before 10pm (Mon - Fri) are usually delivered next working day via DPD.

Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man: DPD two-day service.

During busy periods and bank holidays, delivery may take a little longer.

Very rarely, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (for example courier disruption or severe weather). While delivery is handled by our courier partners, we’ll always do everything we can to help resolve any issues.

Tracking & missed deliveries

You’ll get DPD tracking once your order ships.

If you’re not in, DPD will leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a pickup point.

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order. We can’t guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

Packaging

All orders are packed in recyclable, plastic-free materials.

 


Returns

We hope you love your order. If not, we’re here to help. Email hello@nakedpaper.com and we’ll sort it.

Our returns policy

You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns of opened tissue products.

Proof of purchase may be required, but if you ordered on our website we can usually find your order with your name, email or postcode.

Your statutory rights: If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under UK law. Nothing here affects those rights.

Subscription orders

Subscription orders renew automatically until cancelled.

You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting hello@nakedpaper.com.

Changes made after an order has processed may apply to the next scheduled order.

Refunds

Refunds are always made to the original payment method.

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you and, if approved, aim to process your refund within 5 - 7 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original delivery charges aren’t refundable on unwanted items (only if the item is faulty or we made a mistake).

We may issue partial refunds if items are not returned in their original condition.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

If you’d like a different product, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.

How to send a return

Email hello@nakedpaper.com with your order number and what you’re returning.

Post your parcel to:
Unit 9, DPD Logistics, Parsonage Street, Oldbury, B69 4PH

You’re responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. If it is faulty, we’ll cover reasonable return costs or provide a label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns to make sure your parcel reaches us safely.

Problems with your order?

Email hello@nakedpaper.com if:

  • your parcel hasn’t arrived 5 working days after your expected delivery date
  • your order arrived damaged (please include photos)
  • you need to update the delivery address before dispatch

We aim to reply within 1 - 2 working days and will get it sorted.

A note on sustainability

We want you to love your order, but please only return if you really need to – returns create extra transport emissions.
