Welcome to Naked Paper. These terms and conditions set out the basis on which we supply our products to you when you shop at www.nakedpaper.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Naked Paper Ltd is a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 12861535).

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Naked Paper Ltd. “You” or “your” refers to the person purchasing goods from us.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy products from us under these terms.

We’ll confirm acceptance of your order by email once payment has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or product availability issues.

Any changes to these terms must be agreed by us in writing.

3. Price & Payment

All prices shown on our website include VAT (where applicable).

Payment is taken at the time of order, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

If there’s a pricing error on our website, we’ll let you know before shipping your order and give you the option to cancel or continue with the corrected price.

4. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address you provide at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates. We do our best to get your order to you on time, but sometimes delays happen that are outside our control. If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you updated.

If you’re not at home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collection.

Risk in the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided.

5. Subscriptions

Some Naked Paper products are sold as subscriptions which renew automatically until cancelled.

Subscription frequency, pricing and renewal dates are shown at checkout and in your account area.

Payments for subscription orders are taken automatically using your chosen payment method.

We may make changes to our products from time to time - including to specifications, dimensions, sheet count or appearance - to reflect improvements, supply changes or to maintain quality. Any such changes will not materially reduce the overall quality of the product and the current details are always shown on the relevant product page.

You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at hello@nakedpaper.com.

Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated in advance.

6. Returns & Refunds

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@nakedpaper.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

8. Liability

We’re responsible for losses you suffer as a direct result of us breaching these terms, unless the loss is unexpected or unforeseeable, caused by something outside our reasonable control, or avoidable by you taking reasonable action.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
