It has changed since my last order. Is definitely softer and has a paler appearance on the branded rolls
I've been with your company for a while, switched from another brand and it's great to have our toilet rolls delivered for our family of 5. I like that it's not bleached and I like that the rolls last such a long time compared to cheaper shop bought rolls. Spotted the new embossing and it makes it feel more high end (mainly for guests).
Is there a need for the centre cardboard tube? If those could be removed it would make it so much better.
Now I have stopped using bleached ordinary toilet paper I am just so much more comfortable. I did not realise that I was allergic to ordinary toilet paper until I tried your toilet rolls. I will not be going back to the others.
Love the product, particularly once I'd got used to the colour. White seems sort of fake and weird to me now.
Please tell your delivery drivers not to leave boxes of Naked Paper out in the rain.

Although the initial outlay seems a lot, each roll lasts longer than the stuff we used to buy, and a 48 pack kept us going for about 6 months.
We haven't noticed any negative differences in comfort/feel compared to supermarket ones, and the lack of chemicals etc means no skin reactions.
Also, it's recycled, which is also a bonus.
Soft enough to be an acceptable alternative to white paper and so I can feel good about doing a tiny bit to help.
The subscription system works really well and it is incredibly easy to change dates etc.
The rolls seem to have become smoother in texture since my last order (a box lasts a heck of a long time!) and the rolls look great in my bathroom. I appreciate the absence of unnecessary packaging and I'm really happy that this is one step I can take to reduce my environmental impact. Thank you!

I find it is now even softer but still retains it's softness.
