Been having these for a whole. Only one time had a problem by the delivery driver but it was sorted quickly to my satisfaction
I actually prefer it to ‘normal’ loo roll. It’s soft and strong and has perfect perforations so breaks off easily. I’ve also tried the recycled paper toilet tissue, but think the bamboo product is better. I won’t be going back to my previous White paper.
A great product and superb service. I do wish you'd kept the original name of 'Naked Sprout', though. It was what attracted me to this excellent product in the first place!
