Love us or your money back

It’s not always easy to try something new; whether it’s a new recipe, a new hobby, or even a new kind of toilet paper.
So today we're welcoming all the cautious buyers.
Hovering over the checkout button wondering if bleach free toilet paper will be soft enough, if recycled tissues will be gentle on your nose, even if you’ll be able to get used to the colour?
Have no fear. We love our products, and we’re sure you'll love them too. With 29 million rolls sold, we're proud to be bringing a real change to loos across the country. But every home is different, and sometimes things just don’t fit.
Don’t worry, with our no-quibble refund promise, we’ve got you covered
Our refund promise
Our refund promise is as straightforward as the colour of our bleach-free rolls.
We believe in our products and we make them with care, from responsibly sourced materials and simple, transparent ingredients.
But sometimes you need to try things yourself to know for sure, and we want to make that decision easy. If you try any Naked Paper product for the first time and don't love it as much as we do, we’ll give you your money back. It’s that simple. Drop us an email hello@nakedpaper.com and let us know.
Nobody wants an awkward conversation about toilet roll, and you won’t have to have one! A member of the team will sort out your refund.

Q: How long do I have to request a refund?
Often customers will buy from us in advance, because they still have a supply of products left over from another company. So what if you bought your box of Naked Paper months ago, and you’ve only just cracked it open? No problem! Get in touch and we’ll take it from there.
Q: How do I get in touch?
Just pop us an email at hello@nakedpaper.com and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible (normally by the next working day at the very latest). We don’t quibble on refunds for first orders; we want people to try us out so we’re not happy if you’re not happy!
Q: Do people really get in touch because they don’t like the colour?
Yes! It’s not common, but it does happen; usually it’s because one member of a household wanted to try us out but they weren’t able to get everyone at home on board with the whole “brown toilet paper” concept.
We get it, our products are different from what people are used to. At this stage we’ve heard all the feedback out there, and we’re always looking for more. We promise we won’t be offended, if you open the box and decide the colour just isn’t going to work, let us know.
Our promise to you
We started Naked Paper because we thought there must be a better way of making toilet rolls than bleaching them, drying them with fossil fuels, and covering them with plastic.
Our customers take a leap of faith by coming over to the unbleached side, and we want to make sure they can take the step with nothing to lose.
And a big thank you to every single person who has ever tried Naked Paper. Without your support and your feedback none of this would be possible 🌿
