Discounted toilet paper when you refer a friend

Word of mouth has always been an important part of our story. Our bleach-free community is full of people who first tried Naked Paper toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, or tissues at work, or the home of someone they know. 

Without that support, we wouldn’t be where we are now, and we’ve been looking for a simple, fair way to say thank you. So we’re delighted to be launching our new refer-a-friend scheme.

The idea is straightforward. When you refer Naked Paper to someone who hasn’t purchased our products before before using the link we provide:

🤎 Your friend gets: £5 off their first order
🤎 You get: £5 credit once their order is complete

There’s no limit to how many people you can refer, whether you send the link to one friend or the whole family group chat. Each referral helps introduce more households to lower-impact tissue products.

The idea for our referral scheme came from people who were already recommending us. Since we launched Naked Paper we’ve received so many wonderful messages from customers who were eager to spread the word about beige loo roll. 

Messages like the one from Christine, who asked “Do you have a ‘refer a friend’ scheme? I want to send a link to my daughters and friends.”

And Miki, who let us know “A work colleague wants to start using your products after I gave her a rol of your fine toilet paper.”

Emails like this came in at least once per day, and they told us a couple of things. 

Firstly, people were already recommending Naked Paper (brilliant news), and secondly, it seemed reasonable to these people that we’d want to encourage them to spread the word. 

We couldn’t agree more.

How it works

We’ve kept the process simple:

🔗 Step 1: Share your link
You’ll find your unique referral link in your account area when you sign in with the email address you’ve used to order. 

You can send this link by email, text, WhatsApp or write it on a toilet roll and leave it in a nearby loo. Whatever works best. 

📝 Step 2: Your friend places an order
When someone who hasn’t ordered Naked Paper before clicks on your link and completes an order, they will automatically get £5 off at checkout. 

🎉 Step 3: You receive your reward
 Once their order goes through, we add £5 credit to your account.

For one-time purchases, when you next go to place an order, sign in using your email address, and you'll see the credit is available to you at checkout. 

If you're a subscriber, it's even easier, the credit will be automatically applied to the next order you place using this email address. 

Help us with the roll out

Your recommendations have always helped us grow in a way that aligns with our values. Instead of investing heavily in paid advertising, we would rather reward customers who actively support our products and ethos. 

There’s no cap on how many referrals you can make. There are no short-term promotional windows or sudden changes. As long as the person you’re referring is new to Naked Paper, they get the discount, and so do you.
